Returns & Right of Withdrawal Policy

At m’ elia, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. For this reason, we apply the following Returns and Withdrawal Policy in accordance with applicable Greek and European consumer protection legislation.
1. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receiving their order.

2. Return Conditions
o be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused
- Be in its original condition
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Not have been damaged by the customer
3. Exceptions to the Right of Return
For hygiene and health protection reasons, returns cannot be accepted for personal care products that have been opened or used after delivery.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Beeswax
- Lip balm
- Body oils
- Face and body care products
- Any other product that comes into direct contact with the skin
4. Defective or Damaged Products
If a product is received damaged or defective, the customer must notify m’ elia within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.
The request should be accompanied by photographs of the product and its packaging.
After reviewing the claim, m’ elia will proceed with either:
- Product replacement, or
- Full refund
at no additional cost to the customer.
5. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to an error or defect attributable to m’ elia, return shipping costs will be covered by m’ elia.
In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Refunds
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, where technically possible.
Refunds will be processed within a reasonable period following receipt and inspection of the returned product.
